Business Support has various responsibilities such as maintaining and improving our risk management frameworks, completing the reconciliation & the resolving of trades and ensuring our operations are conducted in accordance with all global & local regulations and policies, to name a few.

Only penultimate and final year students are eligible to apply for the Graduate Trader program at Flow Traders. However, we encourage all students to come meet us at any of our upcoming events. All events can be found on our Career Events page.
We open applications for the Graduate Software Development program a year before the start date. Please be aware that we do not have a deadline for submitting applications, when all openings have been filled the position will be closed automatically.
The Graduate Trader position is open all year round and we recruit students on a rolling basis. There are four intakes for this program per year.

This depends on the location you will be joining. Flow Traders will assist with various aspects (flights, visa application, accommodation at the start of your employment etc.).
