Our recruitment team will review your profile.
Discuss your motivation, the roles at Flow Traders and your expectations. There will also be a chance to cover any questions you may have about the vacancy.
This will focus on the skills required for the role. This stage can take place through a video call or face to face meeting at the Flow Trader office.
At this final round you will come into the office to ask any outstanding questions you may have, meet the rest of the team, and experience our office environment.

Flow Traders has been hiring international talent for many years. We’re very familiar with the relocation process for individuals and their families.
Depending on the location you will be joining, Flow Traders will assist with various procedures (flights, visa application, accommodation in the beginning, etc).

Only penultimate and final year students are eligible to apply for the Graduate Trader program at Flow Traders. However, we encourage all students to interact with us at any of our upcoming events.
We open applications for the Graduate Software Development program a year before the start date. Please be aware that we do not have a deadline for submitting applications: when all openings have been filled the position will be closed automatically.
The Graduate Trader position is open all year round and we recruit students on a rolling basis. There are four intakes for this program in a year.

This test is a key stage of our Graduate Trader recruitment process. Candidates have 10 minutes to solve 75 questions using only mental arithmetic. Practice is the key to attaining a passing grade and we strongly encourage all candidates to do so using the following link.
