Digital Assets Relationship Manager

Flow Traders is looking for a Relationship Manager to join our growing Digital Assets team in our Amsterdam office. The ideal candidate is organised and passionate about the Digital Assets industry. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading proprietary trading firm with an entrepreneurial and innovative culture at the heart of its business. We value quick-witted, creative minds and challenge them to make full use of their capacities. In this role, you will streamline counterparty interactions, improve response times, enhance onboarding efficiency, and optimise internal workflows.


What You Will Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for crypto counterparties, ensuring responsive communication and a smooth overall experience
  • Maintain and update internal tools with clear documentation and timely follow-ups to guarantee alignment across business and support teams
  • Coordinate closely with trading teams to stay aligned on execution, pricing, and evolving counterparty needs
  • Take full ownership of the counterparty management lifecycle, ensuring proactive engagement and continuity across touchpoints
  • Ensure clear and consistent handovers between global regions to support 24/7 continuous coverage
  • Handle internal and inbound requests with an autonomous, problem-solving mindset, taking initiative to drive resolution without unnecessary escalation
  • Support relationship-building and commercial growth by identifying and developing new opportunities with counterparties
  • Share relevant market insights—including developments across spot, derivatives, and broader digital asset markets—to keep counterparties informed and engaged
  • Plan in-person meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities to strengthen Flow Traders’ presence in the digital asset ecosystem
  • Identify and promote cross-product opportunities across Flow Traders’ broader offering—spanning trading, OTC, infrastructure, and traditional markets—ensuring counterparties benefit from a fully integrated experience
  • Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, actively contributing ideas to improve processes, explore new opportunities, and shape the future of Flow Traders’ digital asset strategy

 

What You Need to Succeed

  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Work experience in an institutional high-touch sales and relationship management role within a trading firm, bank, or broker dealer is a strong plus
  • Track record of excellence in managing institutional relationships
  • Proven team-player with ability to work effectively across time zones in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • High sense of urgency, self-motivation and entrepreneurship
  • Data-driven approach to decision making and priority setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as strong presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively
  • Keen demonstratable interest in Financial Markets and Digital Assets required
