Our talented Software Engineers take advantage of the latest technologies to maintain and improve our cutting-edge trading environment. With a strong focus on code quality and maintainability, our C++ and Core Java Developers design and build the software suite that keeps Flow Traders ahead of our industry peers. 

During the interviews our Engineers will be looking at your technical strengths in combination with the business knowledge you possess. Graduate Developers will experience working in a few different teams during the program. Based on your performance and ambitions you will decide together with your mentor which development team fits you best.

This test is primarily used across our technology positions and consists of technical questions related to the role you are applying for. These tests can either be in a MCQ or an open-ended format. You can find some useful information here.
