Flow Traders believes that it can maximize shareholder value by retaining earnings in the Company to expand its trading capital base, given the high returns it historically made on the trading capital it deployed. Accordingly, Flow Traders decided to suspended its dividend for the foreseeable future since the firm wants to prioritize its continued capital growth over income.
